Spaces that were previously considered to be too expensive to cool are now possible - factorys, warehouses, etc.. Our ultra energy efficient 2-stage cooling utilizes indirect evaporation technology but does not add water to the conditioned air while delivering comparable comfort temperatures to conventional air conditioners. This equipment is particullarly valuable when industrial facilities require clean conditions for but cannot afford the energy consumption of conventional systems. Also, the Ultra does not dehydrate the conditioned air. So processes that require somewhat humid environments do not have to use humidification systems that directly oppose conventional systems.
We fabricate a variety of cross flow cooling towers. We use the latest cross-fluted PVC film for very high KVA/L values. Made from T-304 stainless steel, these towers are designed to last. Automatic chemical feed controllers and metering pumps are available as options.

Computer room air conditioning (CRAC) is built for 24/7/365 use in a wide range of outdoor conditions. Redundancy with duty equalization increases reliable performance for high value applications. Common air conditioning is not reliable for this application. We offer stand up indoor sections or ducted indoor sections. Humidification is available to minimize the effect of destructive static electricity due to low relative humidity. We offer state of the art energy efficient options such as economizers with Indirect Cooling by Evaporation (IDCE). Engineering sponsorship is available for electric company rebates.
